These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services provided by TourneyBit LLC, including TourneyBit, vsbox (fka TourneyBox), and tourney.now (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Purpose of Our Services
TourneyBit and its associated products are designed and intended for the primary purpose of creating, managing, and running tournaments effectively.
2. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is illegal, nefarious, or otherwise prohibited by these Terms. The following activities are strictly forbidden:
Illegal Use: You may not use the Services for any unlawful purposes or in furtherance of illegal activities.
Spam and Malicious Automation: You may not use the Services to generate spam, send unsolicited communications, or engage in malicious automation.
Disruption of Services: You may not use the Services in any manner that could disrupt, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of the Services or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Services.
Violation of these terms may result in the immediate and indefinite suspension of your access to the Services without notice.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments made to TourneyBit LLC for single tournaments or tournament credits are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. In rare, out-of-the-ordinary circumstances, a refund may be granted at the sole discretion of TourneyBit LLC.
4. Third-Party Services
Your use of the TourneyBit product boards and feedback mechanisms, located at feedback.tourneybit.com, is also subject to the Productroad Terms of Service. We encourage you to review their terms before using the feedback services.
5. Governing Entity
TourneyBit, vsbox, and tourney.now are products of TourneyBit LLC. All terms and conditions are entered into with TourneyBit LLC.
